The three-month training course conducted under the "Irrigation Systems Modernization" program successfully concluded at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. The course was aimed at enhancing the capacities of specialists from Water Users Associations (WUAs), “Jrar” LLC, and the Water Committee in relevant sectors.
Participants included professionals involved in water planning, operation, accounting, technical functions, and management, who received both theoretical and practical education focused on improving management efficiency.
The program has been implemented with financial support from the Eurasian Stabilization and Development Foundation and aims to:

• Improve management and technical capacities

• Promote institutional development across Armenia
  At the closing ceremony of the training course, Deputy Chairman of the Water Committee Davit Mkrtchyan delivered a welcome speech, highlighting the imperative of effective water resources management: "Continuous education and the ongoing development of professional capacities are the pillars upon which sustainable and efficient water governance must be built."
